Terms and Conditions - Element Karbon Giveaway
1. Promoter:
The promoter is Element Karbon (company no. 12500869), with a registered office at 6 Abbots Quay, Monks Ferry, Birkenhead, Wirral, England, CH41 5LH.
2. Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Element Karbon and their close relatives, as well as anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. Entry:
Participation is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. Agreement to Terms:
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Entry Limit:
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
7. Closing Date:
The closing date for entry is 28th August at 23:59. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
8. Entry Responsibility:
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to any reason.
9. How to Enter:
To enter, the user must access the landing page at https://fabulous-speaker-5556.ck.page/5cc34335b8, provide their first name and email, and they will be entered into the giveaway.
10. Competition Changes:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants promptly.
11. Prize Details Accuracy:
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. Prize Information:
The main prize is an EKOSY worth £149.50 from Element Karbon (https://elementkarbon.co.uk/). This prize is assigned to one winner.
13. Prize Substitution:
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
14. Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
15. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only be contacted by Beccy Nuthall of Element Karbon. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
16. Prize Collection/Delivery:
The promoter will notify the winner regarding the collection/delivery of the prize.
17. Promoter's Decision:
The promoter's decision regarding all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Governing Law:
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. Publicity and Data Use:
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. Winner's Name:

21. Acceptance of Terms:
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network. Participants' information will be used by Element Karbon and not by any other party. Information provided will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy found here. Element Karbon's decisions are final.
23. Future Marketing Consent:
By entering this giveaway, the user accepts future marketing via email.
24. Terms and Conditions Modification:
Element Karbon has the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this webpage.
25. Competition Cancellation:
