How do I return an item?
Click HERE to access our easy-to-use returns portal.
Pre-paid shipping labels are now available and will be free for exchanges or the return of a faulty item. If you are returning for a refund, you may still take advantage of our pre-paid shipping service, however the cost of this service, £5.99 will be deducted from your refund total.
Please pack your return up with a note clearly stating your order number and reason for return with your desired resolution (exchange/refund). If you're using a carrier of your choice* please post your parcel to:

*Please note if you choose to use a carrier of your choice, return postage will only be re-imbursed up to the value of £5.99. We encourage you to use our pre-paid shipping service where possible.
EKOSY returns, including exchanges will incur a restock fee of £2.50 per item.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. This is 14 days for sale items (excluding introductory priced pre-order items which is still 30 days).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Returns will not be processed for damaged items, items not in original condition, items with obvious signs of wear and use and those outside of the 30-day grace period. We also reserve the right to refuse the return of an item with strong scent of smoke, vapes or perfume. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How long will my return take to process?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Can I return my free gift?
From time to time, we run promotions that may include a free gift with your purchase. If your free gift is not suitable, for example, it’s not the right size, we will endeavor to exchange it for a size you want. However, if an exchange on this item is not available, the gift is not applicable for a return for discount on your original purchase. Please contact our customerservice@elementkarbon.com and we will do our best to help.
If you wish to return the purchased item, but keep the “free gift”, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund amount.
My Item is Faulty
We are sorry that you received an item that is not perfect! We endeavour to make sure you receive our products in the best possible condition but sometimes items can get damaged during shipping or have manufacturing flaws that are beyond our knowledge.
Please contact us at customerservice@element-karbon.com sharing photos of the fault you are experiencing and we will endeavour to rectify the issue best we can.
My Item does not fit
If the sizing of the product is not right for you, then fear not, we will happily change your item for the one that fits perfectly. The returns portal will allow you to choose the right size for you to exchange to or change the item altogether if you'd prefer! If you have any issues with our portal, please don’t hesitate to contact us at customerservice@element-karbon.com.
Please note, all EKOSY returns and exchanges are subject to a £2.50 restocking fee, per item.

Pre-order items
If you have placed an order that has a mix of in-stock and pre-order items and would like your in-stock items dispatching first, please send us an email by replying to your order confirmation email and we can post your order separately for a small additional postage charge.
Shipping Policy
We only offer Tracked48 shipping, to guarantee that we know where your products are right up until you receive them. Our couriers are Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD who are, of all UK couriers we have used, the most reliable & affordable ensuring you receive your products and for the best price.
Orders are shipped on business days only, from our UK warehouse.
If you are in mainland UK, depending on the shipping method you selected, you can expect to receive your order in 2-10 business days.
Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man residents can expect delivery within 2-10 business days.
We will send you a tracking number via your purchase confirmation email.
Goods and Duties Taxes
If you are outside of the UK, your order may be subject to customs import taxes and duties. These charges are down to you as the recipient of goods to pay the charges and are not the responsibility of Element Karbon to pay.
