FAQ's and Returns
We are still accepting returns as usual, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days for orders processed after 16th March 2020 as we understand it may be a difficult time for you to return your items. For all items before that date, the 30-day window still applies.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process the return once it’s been received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
IF YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item! We take every care to make sure you receive our product in the best possible condition but sometimes items can get damaged during shipping.
Please contact us and we can advise how we will resolve the issue for you.
IF THE SIZE YOU HAVE RECEIVED DOES NOT FIT:
If the sizing of the product is not quite right for you, then fear not, we will happily change your item for the one that fits perfectly. Contact us with your order number and new size requirements.
Please make sure all tags are still on the product and that the product remains unworn and in perfect condition.
- STORE RETURN POLICY
- We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns will not be processed for damaged items / items not in original condition, items without swing tags, and those outside of the 30 day grace period.
- Please allow up to 7 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
