Pre-order Delivery Updates

Firstly, let us explain what pre-order means: To pre-order an item, you are reserving one of the units we have ordered with our manufacturers. So, instead of waiting for stock to arrive and there be a mad rush to place your order before the throngs of EK fans also wanting the same product, you’ve guaranteed yourself to get one!

However, due to the manufacturing facilities that we use, pre-ordered items typically take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to be made and shipped to us.  For all items we have available to pre-order we have listed them, with the current estimated arrival date, below.

This date is when we expect to receive them to our UK warehouse and not when you should expect to receive them. Once we receive them at our UK Warehouse, we process, pack, and dispatch them within 2 working days on a Tracked24 Service with Royal Mail.

Please note, these are approximations. Unfortunately, sometimes delays can occur that are out of our control, however, should a delay happen, we will always let you know by email as soon as we are told.
